I don't want to use drugd, so how to do this safe and naturally with out side effects
You should be aware that two people in recent history have died undergoing chelation therapy and that the FDA does not approve this procedure for "treating" or "curing" autism.

Parents Sue Doctor Over Death of 5-Year-Old Autistic Son After a Chemical Treatment
Monday , July 09, 2007
Too often, parents put their faith in these quack cures. The following article was written BEFORE the boy in the above two articles was known to have died and talks of the death of another boy undergoing chelation:

As Autism Diagnoses Grow, So Do Number of Fad Treatments
Wed 15-Aug-2007
"And while some fads are simply ineffective, others can even be dangerous, Mulick said. chelation therapy, which involves taking medicines to remove the heavy metal mercury from the body, has reportedly led to the death of at least one autistic boy receiving that treatment. Chelation therapy was also touted years ago as a new treatment against some forms of cancer but was eventually shown to have no helpful effect."

"Another reason that fad treatments persist has to do with the natural course of autism, Mulick said."
"Autism, like many conditions, has cycles in which symptoms get worse and then get better. Parents tend to search for treatments when symptoms are getting worse, and when their children get better – as they do in the normal course of disease – parents credit the new therapy."
Autism is known to be genetic:

CANADIAN TEAM FINDS GENETIC MARKERS FOR AUTISM
"The discovery was part of the largest genome scan ever attempted in autism research. Called the Autism Genome Project, the initiative involved 137 researchers from 50 institiutions in nine countries, including Canada."
"Working together, the scientists were able to share samples, data, and expertise to analyze DNA from about 1,600 families worldwide. "

'No link between mercury and autism' – new study"
"SEATTLE, USA: Researchers at The Montreal Children's Hospital (MCH)
of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) have revealed new
evidence dispelling the supposed link between mercury and autism."
http://scienceblogs.com/denialism/2007/0…
"How many studies does it take to satisfy a crank?"
"Epidemiologic studies have shown no link. The Institute of Medicine
has looked at the evidence for the link between mercury and autism
and found it to be specious. Thimerosal has been removed, to no
effect. Throughout the Autism Omnibus proceedings we've seen the best
case for a link and it's a joke. The measles PCRs linking gut samples
from autistic kids to "chronic measles infection" from the MMR jab
were false positives. At every single point when this problem has
been studied it's been found to be a specious link."

"No link between mercury and autism: study"
"The research team examined mercury levels in hair and blood samples
provided by autistic children and their mothers and concluded that
the levels observed did not differ largely from those taken from
children without autism."
"The study also "demonstrated that there was no correlation between
the mercury level and the severity of symptoms and level of
functioning of autistic children."

"Study backs safety of MMR vaccine"
"A UK study of more than 5,000 children has ruled out any link
between the MMR vaccine and autism, researchers say."

"FEAR NOT"
"Vaccinations don't give children autism. They save children from
disease."
Given all the evidence that autism is genetic, and that researcher upon researcher has stated that there is no cure, and given that there is no causal link between any chemical and autism, chelation therapy is ill-advised. I could not responsibly recommend it.
